Free Agent Podcast with Meg Schmitz

For my second appearance on Meg’s show, we talk more deeply about how to grapple with uncertainty in a volatile economy. Meg helps entrepreneurs connect with franchise opportunities and she shows prospective franchisees how to use best practices to make the best decisions about getting into a franchise.

We talk about resilience and the need to take managed risks to cope with uncertainty. My main message is, essentially: trust yourself. The future you want to manifest is something you already know on a certain level. Stop bouncing around between conflicting outside signals and directions and get used to taking your own counsel.

It’s all about: Who you are, why you do what you do, and where you want to go from here.

Top technique: journal every day!
