The Voice of Job Seeker with Mark Anthony Dyson

I recently joined Mark Anthony Dyson on his “The Voice of Job Seekers Podcast” for a conversation about ways older GenX and Boomers can thrive in today’s job market.

A key question many people want to know is: how can we best talk about our experience, which is often undervalued or taken for granted? Staying up to date on skills, tools, and best practices is part of the answer. Also, we discussed the importance of being adaptable and maintaining a growth mindset.

Mark has been doing this work as a coach and a podcaster for many years and is one of the most enduring voices in this space.

Well worth a listen! I know I learned a lot from being a guest on his show.
