Confidence. Isn’t that the most important quality that you want to build and maintain as a professional? Yet lack of confidence is probably the most important obstacle to you finding and landing your next position.

The deck is stacked against the job seeker in so many ways – especially when it comes to the job interview. The power dynamics of the job interview have gotten worse over time. Interviews over Zoom/Teams/Meet make it hard to connect on a personal level. It’s like being separated from your interviewer by a sheet of soundproof glass.

Group interviews are the worst: people are distracted, jumping off camera… You feel foolish and awkward. The list goes on. In my deep conversation with Sonja Martinovic, we cover a number of issues related to building confidence in the job search process, and how to level the playing field between the employer and the jobseeker.
