Addressing your life’s purpose may seem like a lofty goal when talking about your career, but it is increasingly important as we age.
By the time we hit mid-career, we are caught between the decades of achievement and lessons that precede us, and the unknown decades that will follow.
In my great conversation with Greg Pursley on his “Fix Your BS” podcast, we look at the “belief systems” from his show title. So many of us are stuck in old ways of thinking about who we are, what we can do, and how the world is set up.
If we identify and challenge these beliefs, we may find that many of them are outdated. In fact, there may be more opportunities for us to embrace than we might have expected. That clarity can open up all sorts of possibilities for the future.
